Assembly Neos is very helpful

Assembly Neos is relatively very easy to use. It rarely has any buffering issues, and when it does, it's likely due to our service. There are a few times when my Neos has logged me out, closing all the tabs and cases I have open and had been working on. There was also a few times where I would finish typing a note, and when I go to save it, half of the note will disappear and Ill have to retype it. This has only happened a few times and these issues can be fixed, resulting in 8 out of 10.

Assembly Neos is well suited when a client calls in wanting to check the status of their claim. We always pull them up in Assembly Neos by either their name or phone number, once we pull their case up, we can access their SSN to check the status of their disability claim. Sometimes, in the notes tab, we can see when we last spoke with them and all the information we got from that last conversation. This is great to be able to know when we need to start getting updated information or so we can gain a better understanding of what is happening with their claim.
