Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos
At our Law firm , we use Assembly Neos primarily as a modern, secure platform for managing our client's information, tracking their medical records and how much process they have made during their scheduled appointments, and also reporting across different offices . It plays a key role in enabling data between the lawyers , legal assistance and clients.
Pros
- Gives us the proper information needed when searching for a case.
- It gives you exact time and date of when and who made changes in file.
- It lets you send messages and emails directly from their file.
Cons
- When moving documents to another folder, we are able to open them.
- Locating a client with just their DOB.
- Having so many steps just to open a client's file.
- It helps us manage information properly.
- It's easy to communicate with our clients.
- More reliable to access documents when searching.
I have not used any other products other than Assembly Neos, due to our company only having this professional product as our home based to our client's day to day use.
