Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

Neos has the ability to access documents easily and with little direction. We use NEOS as a case software management company, and it works perfectly.

I gave this rating because there are still some areas of improvement. As I mentioned, there are things I cannot do in Adobe through Neos that you can do through Adobe Pro (which has to be bought separately). Additionally, I would like more features and/or tracking capabilities to be added to DocuSign.

No

I have had to contact our HR person multiple times after an update with Neos, and Assembly has been able to fix most of our problems. There are times when templates or reports are missing, and Assembly has not been able to fix that. Also, Adobe is hard to use in the current version. DocuSign does not show when an envelope has been sent out from a file, nor does it make a note in the file that it was complete. This is an additional task that we need to add to our daily checklist.
