Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

I use Neos to keep track of medical records requested for use in personal injury and work comp cases. Neos staff helped me build a report I can run monthly to see which requests need to be followed up on. I also use the Neos checklist to stay up to date and keep progress going on cases. I am not aware of business problems the product addresses.

Pros

  • Timely responses to support questions.
  • Helpful support staff.
  • Regular updates for the betterment of user experience.

Cons

  • Reports. It was difficult for me to build a report that fit what I was looking for. However, the support staff was very helpful.
  • Sometimes open tabs on Neos display the incorrect client name. For instance, "John Doe" may appear on the tab but it is really the calendar open.
  • The checklist seems a little clunky when adding a new task. When changing the "Remind me" date and time it usually opens and closes that new task every time you change one thing and I have to go back and open it again.
I started using Neos about 14 months ago, and this was my first experience using any software in the law field. It made the transition to a new job field easier because Neos is user friendly and easy to use. If there is something you don't know how to use, their support staff is very timely and provides good help.

Just like a lot of people using Assembly Neos, I have a lot of cases to keep track of and Neos helps me manage that. The checklist is helpful in that I can add my own tasks or go off of a checklist that our office has built for that case type. This makes it easier to keep the progress of the case going.
