Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We use Neos as our case management system at the office. I use Neos on a daily basis to merge documents, open cases, request checks and use the checklists to keep me on task for our cases. We use Neos at our staff meetings to review the calendar and to review the cases by case type in our meetings.

Pros

  • Merge documents.
  • Calendar
  • Check requests.
  • Creating reports.
  • Value tab.

Cons

  • When tagging an email to Neos, we should be able to rename the document if we also attach a document.
  • On the checklist, where we have the 3 dots, aka hamburger, we should also have the option to mark it done.
  • On the Messages tab, we should be able to select multiple messages when trying to delete or archive them. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
  • With the merged documents, it has really helped the office when an employee is out (sick, vacation, etc.), someone else can fill in because we have the merged documents that make it easier to do that.
  • Using a calendar is a great way to stay organized and keep track of scheduling and reminders for clients, as it is always up to date.
  • The text-to-client option is a great feature for staying in communication with clients, while also keeping the case updated.
It's easy to use and learn. Neos also has a support portal that offers a wealth of information, including videos and articles, on how to utilize all its features. If I don't know how to do something Neos offers, I can always check the support portal. The layout is also great and user-friendly. Neos also offers webinars when new features are added, and they are continually looking to improve their software.
We used Needles before which is now Neos and way more improved.

I think it's a great case management system to use, making work easier and more efficient for both employees and clients. Neos offers numerous features to help businesses run smoothly. There are also a lot of videos/support tools to help you learn how to use those features to help your business. We use case type reports to review our cases, and it's great because you can select by case type or the staff assigned to the cases.
