Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Neos for case management everyday at my job. The business problems that Neos addresses is being able to electronically store my case files with ease. I can easily search anything in my files or in my notes as well. It also helps with scheduling everyday appointments. I've used Filevine before and Neos, in my opinion, is much better with case management.

Usability

I would highly rate Assembly Neos's overall usability. It's so easy to use and get used to. If you don't like the way that something is set up, you can easily move things around to make it much easier to navigate, which I love. It's very user-friendly and adaptable.

Alternatives Considered

I didn't select Neos, but my firm did. I previously used Filevine and love Neos much more. Neos, in my opinion, is more user-friendly and adaptable.

Neos helps with my everyday work life, including, but not limited to, scheduling and calendaring, document organization, document generating, note taking, helping run reports, case organization, and much more. My job highly depends on Neos.
