Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We use Neos at our firm for case files. It is so helpful and easy to use. I love all of the custom reports that you can create, how you can easily find documents uploaded by yourself and others in the company, and how it keeps everything so organized and easy to find.

I love Neos because it is so easy to use. It is perfect and easy to use even for people who aren't tech savvy.
I haven't used any other products like Neos. Right before joining the company, we used Needles. But I was hired right after the switch to Neos so I cannot speak on Needles.
