Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We use Assembly Neos daily for all of our documenting all case info. I think the program is great as it has many different tabs to keep everything organized and easily accessible. I work at a law firm and switched to Assembly Neos a few years ago. Great decision the company made!

Pros

  • Organized
  • Fixes problems that arise quickly
  • Always updating in order to make it the most efficient it can be

Cons

  • At busy times of the day the system gets bogged down and can lag at times
  • More ways to filter reports-or easier to navigate
  • Quicker fixes so you dont have to wait a month with new roll outs
  • Speed of work helps get more done since it is easy to navigate

For our firm, I love the way Neos is laid out. The program is very easy to navigate and it makes it easy to find what you need quickly.

One thing I wish was different is that when we moved to Assembly Neos from the old system we used it would have imported the documents still using the dates they were created or saved as for older cases looking for specific documents is a little harder.
