Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Assembly Neos became our new case management software. It streamlined the organization of our files and case information. It was previously stored and accessed through a cloud connected drive w/ folders in native Windows. We would then have to use a separate software to reference specific case information, data, and use for billing. The switching between the local drives and folders led to a tedious learning curve for new employees and lack of efficiency overall. Because Assembly Neos combines our needs into one space, it has made things increasingly efficient and logical.

Integrate with Windows programs (Outlook, Sharepoint)

Ability to text message through the Assembly Neos

Cons

Data sets/info filters for dashboards etc. overly complicated and difficult.
Adding party information have no room for custom fields. Ex: some clients have multiple addresses. If first address is already labeled "Home" - we are not allowed to label the 2nd address "Home" bc it is already "in use". There are other areas like this, but I cannot think of it off the top of my head.
Contact info page not efficient, have to continue to click on the person/business to get to the information needed. Just all contact details at once.

As staff, it has helped work become noticeably more efficient.

Usability

I cannot emphasize enough how valuable the integration between Assembly Neos and Windows programs are. It cuts down confusion of switching between programs, allows searches of files, documents, and other case information to be in one spot as opposed to hopping around to different storage sites, drives, or clouds. The interface is also friendly enough where a user with no previous Assembly Neos experience is able to get used to it quickly.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for those who use Windows products. It syncs and integrates with Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams. We are able to tag emails in Outlook and they are filed in the designated Assembly Neos case folder. Excellent. When files are need to be loaded to/from SharePoint, it will sync to Assembly Neos as well. Great. When looking up a client's phone number, clicking it will take you to Teams to make the call. Awesome. However, as a defense practice that deals with multiple parties often, some of the information categories and how the information presents in the case files are not as intuitive as it could be and sometimes more complicated than it needs to be. I would like the ability to have customizable interfaces and areas to customize headings for whatever information we see fit to appear.
