Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

AT Internet is used across the whole organization to collect statistics on all websites. It addresses all requirements regarding traffics, user behavior (journey, CTA) and campaigns tracking.
  • Data collection: Allows consolidating page views with named pages, categorizing CTAs per type (Download, Inbound, Outbound, Action), monitoring internal search engines usage including with/without results, and rich media usage like Youtube videos with detailed insights.
  • Data assessment: Explorer is a very convenient tool to quickly assess some odd behaviors, like unexpected bots traffic, with its "minutes" view, its "Organization" dimension, but also with its predictive capabilities. Then they can be annotated to share findings with all users. Explorer URLs are also a great way to quickly share an analysis, that can be at any moment send to Data Query for deeper investigation.
  • Data extraction: Data Query is from far the best data extraction tool on the market and the easier to use, moreover always evolving.
  • Multi-site capabilities: allows to assess "on the fly" some group of sites, with history not limited to group creation date.
  • Support: Reactive and efficient.
  • Evolution: The solution is permanently evolving, based on users feedback. Our opinion matters!
  • I would say the limitations on multi-sites assessment, but they are about to be broken with Data Query V3.
  • Tableau connector limitations, but they are mainly due to Tableau constraints, which doesn't accept direct REST API calls (no issue with Power BI).
  • Pages and Campaigns consolidation abilities, based on names and constrained typologies, allows providing an overview of their performances in global dashboards, something almost impossible in GA with its uncontrolled UTM values. So that makes ROI insights easier to calculate and share.
  • Its easy data extraction capabilities allow for presenting the "most downloaded documents" or the "most viewed products" as website content.
  • In our organization, more than 900 users look at data insights autonomously after some basic training, evidence of the solution easiness.
Google Analytics free version is suffering from data sampling, which corrupts the insights when an assessment covers more than 500K sessions, it doesn't provide multi properties assessment. URLs must be completed with a custom dimension (like ATI page name) if you want to consolidate their variations without losing the query string. Data extraction is really tricky, reserved to advanced users.
Google Analytics Premium doesn't suffer from data sampling and proposes rollup properties, but they only provide figures from the date they have been created, on the scope which has been defined, contrary to AT Internet where it can be assessed on the fly. It doesn't provide more regarding Data extraction easiness.
Adobe Analytics is a great solution, but more costly, and much more complex for end-users, but also for solution management.
It is really reactive. Most of the time, we have an answer in less than one working day. However, for tricky questions, some back and forth are sometimes necessary, but we are never abandoned without a solution.

AT Internet is well-suited for data assessment. I often have to provide some explanations about data oddities, like unexpected bot activities, and the combination of Explorer and Data Query always allows me to identify them.
When retrieving the original URL is necessary, we missed it as a dimension. However, the new engine will provide it, so that will no longer be an issue.

Yes - A workaround has always been provided, waiting for a correction.
A subcontractor had created a probe on our website without informing us: as a result, the traffic figures were corrupted. Once clearly identified and segmented, ATI has fixed the raw data across 150 websites for a ridiculous price. The issues vanished!
