Overall Satisfaction with Aurea List Manager (formerly Lyris LM)

We used it for sending field communications, to send to targeted users, for non sensitive communication, and by specific departments based on requirements.

Pros

  • Users and lists easy to set up
  • Segments are helpful to reuse lists
  • Administration through UI is easy

Cons

  • Tech support is limited for standard users, especially during non business hours even for critical errors
  • Installation/upgrade is often complicated
  • Version releases are too frequent
  • Improved large communications
  • Improved speed of communication
  • Improved ease of communication
It is helpful for small/mid-sized organisations. User support of large organisations is often limited, and performance can potentially degrade.
