Overall Satisfaction with Autodesk Construction Cloud

I use Autodesk Construction Cloud everyday to manage data on our construction project. Autodesk Construction Cloud allows us to store all project information in a single location. The ability to have different levels of permissions also allows us to store sensitive information that some parties should not see alongside information that all project members can see in the same place, which is very convenient.

Cons

  • Interface of drawing sheets, very jagged and slow moving through sheets
  • Ability to export punchlist to a cleaner excel spreadsheet
  • Deficiency tracking
  • Allows everyone to work efficiently
  • Reduces redundant work
  • Reduces confusion amongst stakeholders
The usability is very easy. It doesn't take more than a few times of using the software to be very comfortable with it.
We came from using PlanGrid so it is very similar obviously.

Autodesk Construction Cloud is well suited for larger commercial projects in my opinion. To be able to fully utilize all of the great aspects of Autodesk Construction Cloud, the project should be on the larger size. Autodesk Construction Cloud does a great job of storing and tracking information amongst many parties. Our project has up to 40 stakeholders who can all see real time information on where documents stand on the project whether they be in a process or are finalized and stored.
