Overall Satisfaction with Automation Anywhere
At the moment we use the Automation Anywhere tool among the company developers to assist in process automation. We opted for Automation Anywhere because we thought it was the best option on the market today. RPA is becoming more and more important in Brazil, and we are adapting to this change from the inside out, to meet the demands of external customers in the future. We are currently working internally with the tool, automating internal processes and doing a series of tests before we start selling solutions.
Pros
- I could see that Automation Anywhere handles PDFs better than its competitors.
- Automation Anywhere has its own programming language that is very easy to learn.
- It has more than 500 task possibilities.
Cons
- Automation Anywhere does not handle virtualized environments very well.
- Automation Anywhere does not have a very good debugger.
- The control room is extremely complicated to set up.
- Since we have not sold any solutions yet, we can not evaluate ROI.
- As a positive impact, we can allocate our employees who performed repetitive tasks.
- As a negative impact, the installation of the control room was extremely painful.
