Overall Satisfaction with Automation Anywhere

We currently use Automation Anywhere by a group of developers from our company who have been certified in the tool. We develop solutions to automate the processes of our company seeking to allocate our employees to other tasks. We are studying the possibility of selling solutions to external customers.
  • Automation Anywhere is great for handling PDFs, extracting information very quickly.
  • Automation Anywhere is great for dealing with website table extraction.
  • Automation Anywhere is great for handling any type of repetitive process that has been mapped.
  • Automation Anywhere is not good at dealing with image information extraction (Citrix).
  • Automation Anywhere is not good when debugging tasks.
  • Automation Anywhere is not good when you need to install the control room, because of the complexity.
  • Internally there was a productivity gain of the reallocated employees.
  • Robots can handle tasks in a satisfactory way.
Automation Anywhere does a great job of extracting data from websites to fill in spreadsheets. It is also very good at extracting information from PDFs, doing it very quickly.
