Overall Satisfaction with Auvik

As the person in charge of so much equipment across many different businesses, Auvik gives me a single pane of glass for management. The alerts almost make me seem psychic to the clients because I call before they can report the issue.

Pros

  • User interface.
  • Looking for settings are intuitive.
  • The Logical topology it creates is wonderful.

Cons

  • Email alerts need to be cleaner more to the point.
  • Single Pane of glass visibility.
  • Can't say.

Environments that have a mixed suite of hardware would be the best use case for Auvik. Instead of dealing with a different way to sign in per vendor, it's just there.
