Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
We deploy Auvik virtual appliances at many of our clients, which we support with IT services. If there are any network issues at any time of the day, we use Auvik to monitor that and send us alerts so we're aware right away. We can find device information and network information efficiently to quickly diagnose what can be causing network disruptions to remediate interruptions in service.
- Excellent visual topology.
- Real-time monitoring.
- Device Information/categorization.
- Can be slow to use. With larger environments, it can take a while to move around.
- Not always the correct topology. Devices can show up in a completely different location than where they actually are on the network.
- Visual topology. At a glance, I want to be quickly able to see how a network is laid out.
- Alerting/monitoring. We can automatically know if there's an issue with a network.
- Remoting into devices. It saves time to be able to get into any device that's online.
- Within 5 minutes of looking at a network in Auvik, I can figure out what devices are having issues on a network.
