Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
I work in the reactive side so Auvik is mostly used in cases where I am trying to track down something in the network like a switch that went offline. Auvik has saved me multiple times when I am trying to walk a non-IT end-user through tracing cables to find a network device or a specific port that may be causing issues.
- Showing devices in the network
- Showing how devices are connected
- Switch management
- Being able to see link speed and usage
- It'd be nice to be able to customize tabs.
- It'd be nice to be able to print detailed network maps.
- I would like a way for it to be more obvious when a switch password expires.

- Link status, speed and other information
- Ability to run audits
- I am not sure, I do not deal with this side of it, but I do know that since we got it, the value has never been questioned.
