Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
We use Auvik for Client Environment monitoring & management and use this to sync to our documentation portal. I do appreciate the updates to support Fortinet hardware and configuration in the last few years, it's come a long way. My favorite part is the configuration view and pulling historical configuration to audit changes made.

- Less overhead of engineer time wasted to find a needle in haystack problems with logging
Auvik does build network diagrams much better than PRTG, but I do think certain thresholds for monitoring are easier to configure with PRTG. PRTG does not capture configuration snapshots/history and that is one of its major setbacks against Auvik, in addition to the remote management directly in Auvik. For this reason alone, I prefer Auvik.
