Overall Satisfaction with Avanan

Avanan is being used by our whole organization. We were having some concerns on how Microsoft was missing on few of the emails and passing them through. Avanan was super easy to setup and started to block emails that Microsoft missed. Along with monitoring phishing emails, Avanan also monitors Google Drive, One Drive, Dropbox and also Sharepoint.

  • No mobile app
  • Beta testing of newer features
  • Cost Reduction; We have had 0 incidents due to phishing
  • We spend less time dealing with false positives
At first we had issues with SSO, after reaching out to the support team, they quickly worked with us, and helped us resolve the issue. They also helped/educated us on some of the best practices and helped us setup optimal settings for our environment. I have had several calls with the support team and all issues were resolved quickly.

The dashboard is extremely useful, it's easier to read and helps identify any issues. Avanan is one of the best products i have used, in terms of showing us exactly what we need to see. Since the previous look, there have been a lot of improvements. IT WORKS!!!!!
Avanan has made our life so much easier, the new dashboard helps identify with an ease. The product works, simple as that. We tried other vendors but Avanan stood out. The technology is very impressive, and the response team is great, our issues were quickly resolved. I would highly recommend Avanan.
