Overall Satisfaction with Avanan

Avanan is being used across our organization for phishing, malware, and data loss prevention (DLP). It reduced the number of support requests and reduced clutter in end-users inboxes. Avanan provided insight into security breaches. Our end users love the ability to request quarantined emails to be restored with minimal effort.

185 - From management to end-users indirectly use Avanan. IT interfaces with web interface.
Our team of three utilizes the interface to answer questions, configure, and administer as required.

Avanan Support

Support has been solid in figuring out the majority of the issues. The normal full response time to an issue is under thirty minutes. The normal resolution to an issue, that depends on the issue. Many times they were already aware of the issue before I reported it.

Using Avanan

The end-users love not having their inboxes fill up with extra useless emails. As an administrator, it is simple to implement and maintain. The ability to put something into test mode before going live makes our life a lot easier and less stressful. Avanan has many different components to make your life easier.
