Overall Satisfaction with Avanan
It's being used across the entire organization for email security. This prevents phishing, spam, impersonation attempts, and other malicious emails from being delivered to someone's mailbox. It's a tool that allows quit remediation. Implementation is easy and there is minimal impact on the end-user experience. Integration with Office 365 products such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc. was also valuable to us.
- Prevents malicious emails from being delivered.
- No impact on the end-user experience. There is a minimal delay for inbound & outbound emails. URLs are scanned in a non-evasive way as well.
- Implementation can be done quickly without having to manually configure journal connectors, MX records, or other common items that go with setting up an email security product.
- The product could use more reporting and analytics.

- It was more cost effective than other similar products on the market.
Avanan is cost-effective and much more simple to use and implement. It is also less impactful on the user experience, resulting in fewer complaints and helpdesk tickets.
