Overall Satisfaction with Avanan
Avanan removes phishing emails from ever getting to your users. I was skeptical until we installed it. My users were getting many phishing attempts per day. Configuring Avanan stopped that completely.
Pros
- Stops phishing
- Monitors Office 365 logins from other countries
- Allows for easy false positive remediation
Cons
- It seems their mobile website is lacking. Not everything fits on the page.
- [I] can't think of anything else. It is really that good.

- Avanan prevented users from receiving emails that would have stolen their info or hijacked their computers. How much does it cost to recover from an account breach or containment of an infection? Fortunately, I don't know because it never happened while we had Avanan.
Avanan is the only product of its kind that I've used.
