Overall Satisfaction with Avast Secure Internet Gateway (SIG)
Avast is being used in my company (bank) for various purposes, including: specific support, assistance to the continuous improvement sector, access to quality monitoring, to specialized) training and training. I'm very satisfied with this tool, it's great for optimizing functionality. It is aimed at the CX sector and improvement, where they are constantly working together. A point to highlight that to improve, would be the language of Avast Deveria.

In my institution we didn't choose Avast, as they see the best for the team, that is, in this case I didn't have access to the other Avast. But in this case, I can pass on my experience with the Avast that I use. It is great, but it is necessary to improve in several aspects, such as the structure.
