We use Avatier Identity Anywhere the Self Service Password Reset solution to empower users to administer their accounts and deflect calls from the help desk. We support over 30,000 users and have reduced the number of accounts unlock/password related calls to agents by 80%.

- Offer options for biometric and alternative methods to assist users to manage account
- Ability to create ad hoc reports in the app
- Use of biometrics is one that has been improved recently that was not great
- Managing connector settings in bulk can be tedious
