Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Enterprise Cloud

Avaya Enterprise Cloud has helped scale my business by enabling me to move away from an on-premises solution. Also, it opened up a lot more possibilities to improve my business by reselling new add on's ad value for customers. My tech support team, who service multiple customers, is very efficient with the use of Avaya Enterprise Cloud.

Avaya Enterprise Cloud is very well suited for my customers and remote working. Avaya Enterprise Cloud is less suited where my customers have a strong need for region-based call terminations & security. In this case, we have to go ahead with the on-premises model.
