Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Experience Platform

Avaya Infinity™ is being used by my organization as a telecommunication tool and solution, it's currently used by many users on a daily basis as part of their tasks as call center agents/representatives. Avaya Infinity™ is one of the best and more reliable tools we are currently using.

Avaya Infinity™ stacks up against several other applications, I selected Avaya Infinity™ because it's a great tool and solves the communication needs that most of the companies have. It's easy to use and easy to integrate against many other solutions for data visualization and data analysis or digital phones.
