Overall Satisfaction with Axcient x360Recover

We use it to deploy to our customers with servers and critical workstations. We back them up both locally and direct to cloud. We have used the restores for partial, full and virtualization recoveries.

  • We have recovered servers hit with Malware in 15 minutes with a backup done 5 minutes prior to infection.

I always judge a vendor by support. Who is going to be in the ditch with me when I am in trouble and how quickly do I get a response. The support for Axcient is top notch. I have used their products for over ten years. They never disappoint. Their products work as promised.
