Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software
We use AxisCare Home Care Software for scheduling companion visits and for care notes for families and caregivers to reference. We have begun using it recently for HR information, particularly credential tracking. We have plans to begin using it for care plans, contracts and potentially billing, though we see some issues with that as we are in Canada. Currently AxisCare Home Care Software solves communication problems for us, and informs all caregivers about clients needs (ADLs) and scheduling. Having caregivers access their calendar is critical to smooth daily operations. AxisCare Home Care Software has been awesome in all of these ways.

Cons
- As I learn to use and upload forms, I’m finding certain features are not intuitive. For example I’m sure how to change permissions on a form.
- After blocking staff from certain days for vacation or day off requests, I’d like to be able to go in and unblock a single day without having to unblock the entire recurring block!
- It streamlines communication with staff thereby reducing the time spent communicating with them outside of the app.
This is new to me. I’ve never used another product.
