Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software

We use AxisCare Home Care Software for all client and caregiver scheduling, personnel and client information, leads, business development etc. AxisCare Home Care Software allows us to work out of the office. We do not have to keep paper records, and we can see in real time when employees arrive at a client, and the progress notes they are making.

Cons

  • Allow for more characters when texting messages
  • More spaces for responsible parties
  • Ability for office staff to work remotely
  • We have become paperless
Any issue we have the help desk people are always able to assist
