Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use AxisCare Home Care Software daily in my role as the office manager. I am in and out of client charts every day. AxisCare Home Care Software has been very user friendly. I do wish that there was a way that we could add a feature that automatically clocks the caregiver out when they leave the clients home.

Pros

I would like for the authorization section to allow you to extend the authorizations as long as you want instead of having to re enter them after so many years.

Cons

I would like to see them add a feature that automatically clocks a caregiver out if they are not at the clients home or if they go outside of the parameters that have been set for that client.

Return on Investment

AxisCare Home Care Software is better than our last platform. It has way more features that make keeping up with day to day tasks easier.

Usability

I believe AxisCare Home Care Software is very user friendly. I played around in it for just a day or so and already had figured out to use the majority of it.

I think that AxisCare Home Care Software has a lot to offer and has some really good features. I love the wide variety of reports that you can run. I do some billing monthly and the transactions section is very easy to use and easy to tell what is what. I love that you can easily run just the payments which is great for the private pay clients when they are filing their taxes.
