Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software
We are a personal care company that utilizes AxisCare Home Care Software day in and day out. The application helps with our communication between in-office employees and caregivers, as well as notifying us with issues such as overage on authorized hours, missed clock ins/clock outs. Documentation is key in the healthcare field, and AxisCare Home Care Software provides plenty of opportunity for documentation to be made.

Cons
- Locations within the company sharing caregivers - the system does not communicate, so duplicate caregiver profiles are set up and double scheduling the caregivers is possible without good communication between offices.
- Clock-in/clock-outs do not show up on the office end (very rarely), causing confusion.
- Allowing two caregivers to be scheduled for the same client at the same time - this is not allowed for Medicaid and has to be monitored closely. However this is ok with private pay, so not sure how that could be fixed.
