Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software

We schedule and track home visits of caregivers to our clients. We also send electronic visit verification through portals for payments. We track our accounts receivable and payable via AxisCare.

There’s been some learning curve for some of our employees but that is because so many features are available to utilize
No contest, customer service, capabilities with reporting, tracking invoices, receiving payment, auditing caregiver and client charts for compliance. AxisCare allows us to spend less time searching for the information so we can focus on caring for our clients.
