Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use AxisCare for scheduling and payroll purposes. It helps us manage several aspects of our business from client to caregiver ratio to payroll for personal and respite care needs.

I would like to see the technical issues in the APP with clock in clock out issues.
The App does not give the caregivers visibility to how many hours they have worked in a certain time frame.
I would like for the OM and my schedulers to see messages sent to the group and be included on individual messages as well.

Return on Investment

It helps gives you a visible picture on where there is a need and where to apply resources or remove resources from.

Usability

The browser works great for all things. The APP needs improvement on functionality and information viewable.
