Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software

Tracking active/inactive clients and caregivers, scheduling appointments, care forms, personal/emergency contact info. It gives us one clear space to do everything together without needing to go into different websites. All info is on there plus since we have different branches, it allows us to keep not only our HQ but also each branch and clients/CGs specific to that branch

Pros

  • Scheduling
  • Tracking different levels of client information
  • Ease of access to the other branches if needed

Cons

  • Perhaps menu tabs on the page itself, like the option to go thru all the scheduling options both in the side bar menu but also as above options
  • There are a few search features that are colored (unassigned, verified) was wondering if the other blue ones could be colored? I am thinking for in progress, scheduled, completed etc. I am visual person so having the difference is helpful
  • I dont know numbers per say but the fact that we can do everything in one portal, one company has definitely saved us money and headaches
  • Has helped in sales/leads/client retention
I appreciate the variety of options available for use from scheduling to marketing, it is very helpful. I think it can definitely be overwhelming for new folks being introduced to it because there is a lot packed into AxisCare. the beta menu/options i think are wonderful change from the original and again, i think the visual icons is always appreciated for folks

I mostly need it for client info and it very easy to access the clients I need. Plus ease of transitioning between branches and being able to see everything for that one client in one area is really helpful. I can easily find clients or caregivers for those branches. also adding contacts with just a simple file upload is so nice, has saved us so much work
