Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

BambooHR is used by the entire organization as the primary HR Management system. The system manages the onboarding, offboarding and job information for all of the company's employees.
  • Good interface
  • Available Mobile App
  • Easy to use
  • Custom checklist functionality could use improvement
  • Pro-Rated vacation hours do not round up. Leaving fractions of an hour which would likely never be used
  • Improved recruitment processes
  • Improved employee vacation management
  • improved employee pay management

[BambooHR is a] very effective and simple HR management system. It meets the requirements of the company due to its available features. Some features can do for a little improvement but it's not a deal breaker.
