Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR for the onboarding and offboarding process, employee database, announcements, recruitment, and generally for streamlining the workflow of different HR facets in the organization. This software is a great tool for us to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness. Whenever a new process is to be implemented, BambooHR can be customized accordingly.

it is user friendly and can be maximize effectively after proper training.
It is so helpful in generating reports as it has ready-made items that can be accessed easily, and for items that are not available, it can be made in a reasonable amount of time after managing the relevant filters.
