Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

Hammond & Associates uses Bamboo HR for all of our onboarding, employee record keeping, PTO maintenance, and Performance Management. All of this was done manually before. Absurd? Yes, I know. Now, we are time-efficient, records are in order, and as the HR Manager, I can concentrate on issues that require my time. It saves us, not just time but money as well. Our resources are more appropriately aligned with our company goals and values.

Cons

  • I will like to see more individual customization with the employee survey tool.
  • It's too early to tell. we just joined in May, 2024.
It has worked well for us, and I haven't seen any issues. We have only used Bamboo HR since May 2024, and I am sure there are features and aspects that we have not used just yet. We plan to add more of Bamboo HR's additional offerings at a later date, but for now, Bamboo HR has really been a benefit to our newly developing HR Department and our company values.
Any time I have had a concern or question with Bamboo HR, the support staff has been extremely helpful and professional. I appreciate the kindness and patience each agent has shown. It's actually a pleasure to speak with them, even through the chat. I cannot say enough good things about the support I receive.
Yes! Reporting is easy. I can pull a census report quickly for various reasons. It is very helpful for benefits administration and employee recognition—birthdays, work anniversaries, etc. This has been a time saver and makes my workflow effective. The efficiency it provides is top-notch, and I cannot say enough good things about it.

As I mentioned before, our employee record maintenance has improved dramatically. I no longer store documentation on my desktop or in email. Everything is housed in one application. I have one place to go for data storage instead of two or three. It's a time saver, and the onboarding feature also helps with that by storing documentation where it should be stored.
