Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use it as a HR management platform, and for payroll. It helps to manage personnel information, and to streamline hiring processes. It helps to conserve time and keep personnel files up to date. Since we use it for payroll, it also provides staff with easy access to paystubs and general pay information.

Pros

  • Payroll processing is pretty straightforward
  • Easy to update information
  • Puts a lot of information in one place

Cons

  • Like any platform, it's a learning curve, I could definitely use more training
  • I wish there were more tutorials of how to do things
  • Like offer letters, I wish I could send individual salary change sheets for people to sign, and have it go into their folders.
  • Saves time
  • Easy access to information
  • Improved onboarding
I wish there was more training and tutorials available
Customer support has been helpful when needed
Definitely better than managing paper personnel files

Like a lot of platforms, the cost is significant. I think if we were a smaller company, the cost wouldn't be worth it, but for a company of our size, especially with seasonal hires, it is worth it.
