Use Cases and Deployment Scope

BambooHR® is the main HRIS for our company. We process all onboarding, off boarding, payroll, performance reviews, ect through the system.

Usability

The interface is beautiful and the employee interface is easy to use and intuitive. The issues come into play on the admin side of the system.

Support Rating

Customer service is lacking. You often know more than the "support heros" and when things are sent to "specilists" you almost never hear back. The specilist team is the black hole of BAmbooHR

BambooHR Reporting

Some reports are great. You are able to build custom reports that end to work well. However, not all fields of the custom reports builder pull data, ever or correctly.

I believe BambooHR®is great for small-mid sized companies. When you get more than 250ish the issues in the basics of the system become glaringly clear. They have phenomenal features that I'm not able to utilize because I spend the majority of my time finding work arounds for the "basics" issues that pop up continually.
