Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Security Awareness Training

We use Barracuda Security Awareness Training for running monthly phishing simulations to promote email security awareness and educate employees on how to spot malicious emails. Prior to implementing this solution, we were manually sending out education material and had no way to measure the effectiveness of user education regarding email security awareness.

Similar functionality. KnowBe4 seemed to have a richer content base for email templates. We selected Barracuda Security Awareness Training over KnowBe4 because it was included as part of the Barracuda Total Email Security package.

Barracuda Security Awareness Training is well suited for companies that are looking to automate and schedule phishing simulation, education, and training on a regular basis. It would be less appropriate for companies that already have a security awareness training platform already implemented.
