The Barracuda Security Awareness Training resolves a lot if not all of our security training, testing, and compliance. This resolution is easy to set up, easy for continuous training and testing, and easy to save results to prove for compliance reasons. The product is easy to set up, small short videos are a great feature. Time restraints are always in play, with most training videos short and convenient enough, they are not hinder some on staff. This has been a great experience for our company and would recommend this solution to any company.

We have only utilized internal training which takes a lot of time and energy. Shazam and Trace Security have run social engineering testing on our staff. It is set up great but nothing that we are in control of.
