Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Security Awareness Training (formerly Barracuda Phishline)
We use Barracuda's Security Awareness Training to send email campaigns to our user base to both benchmark and train users on Phishing and Spear Phishing. The program we have implemented using this product has been great. The flexibility to choose between using pre-made content or creating our own has been wonderful. After using this product for two years and training our user base, our phishing rates have gone way down.

- Ability to freely edit the from field for emails and not be forced to the option list

- Add more domain choices
- More control/easier control for creating custom login forms

- The product is well worth the money
We were already invested heavily in Barracuda's products, thus it was an easy decision for us to add the Security Awareness Training to our product suite.
