Overall Satisfaction with Beebole

We use Beebole for everyday tracking of project budgets and hourly billing.

Pros

  • Simplicity
  • Cost Effective
  • Flexible
  • Accurate
  • Easy to use - so it gets used!

Cons

  • Individual project hours export to QuickBooks Desktop - I hear this works for QuickBooks online but not for Desktop
  • Beebole tracking keeps track of hours that may get missed and not billed
  • Beebole is a great way to have a clear accounting to include with client billing - it never has been questioned by a client
  • The comprehensive features that still are easy to use mean that is gets consistently used.
Again, it is easy to set up projects and the phases of projects.
In my experience, Beebole is far superior to ease of set up and use.
