Overall Satisfaction with Beebole
I am a UK Tax Consultant advising High Net Worth Clients many of whom I have acted for in excess of thirty years.
Since April 2020 I have operated via my own UK Limited Company which is the vehicle for providing these services.
As you can imagine trust is critical and having a time recording programme allows me to send a complete breakdown of time expended when I issue bills to my Clients.

Pros
- It allows me to charge different rates for different tasks
- As a non-tech 65 year old I find the software easy top navigate and use with information provided in a format that suits me. I can set up different matters for the same Client. This is very useful given the nature of my work which ranges from simple compliance - preparing and submitting Returns to the tax authorities - to undertaking complex and lengthy planning execises - business sale, Inheritance Tax and succession planning etc.
- Beebole allows me to generate PDF copies of my timesheets that I email to Clients when I issue them a fee note
- I can check Work In Progress quickly and easily on a Client by Client and Matter by Matter basis
Cons
- As stgated earlier I charge different rates for diffgeerent sorts of tasks eg Tax Compliance £X per hour Tax Consultancy £Z per hour. These tasks are present in many different Clients but when I want to increase these charges there does not seem to be a quick and easy way to do it and instead the changes have to be made on a Client by Client basis.
- Beebole is fantastic value from my perspective and it allows me to charge out my time in a completel;y transparent manner with my Fee Notes supported by detailed time records. This maintains Cleint trust and bills are settled promptly and without enquiries and delays.
