Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CPQ Cloud

Bigmachines was used to launch our retail sales initiative. To build and manage quotes from internal sales and channel partners.
  • Salesforce Integration
  • Pricing, Managing part numbers
  • Data tables.
  • Dynamic pick lists
  • Document engine
  • User interface was difficult to make changes to
  • Positive impact: Data was copied back to Salesforce.
Bigmachines is by far the best Salesforce integrated CPQ platform.
Integration with custom built apps and APIs is a critical question IMO.

Using Oracle CPQ Cloud

We did not renew our contract. Our requirements changed and Bigmachines could not support our new requirements.
