Overall Satisfaction with BizConnect

BizConnect is being used by our entire company. Their business card transcription solution is AMAZING. Obviously, the quality of this type of service is based on their ability to transcribe data accurately. They do a PHENOMENAL job. You simply take a picture of a business card and within a few minutes the data is transcribed and can easily be exported into Excel, Google, and/or Outlook. In addition to the quality of their service, their customer service is GREAT as well. They are super responsive to questions.

If you have business cards that need scanning, you can't go wrong using BizConnect. It's worth every penny. I'm totally happy using them and will continue to use them well into the future.

Pros

  • Transcribe business card data that can be easily exported into Excel.
  • Great customer support. I had several questions and they always promptly reply.
  • App is super intuitive to use. Can scan a stack of business cards within minutes.

Cons

  • The app has several features I'm simply not using. Would be great to be able to toggle off those features.
  • We are using BizConnect as part of a larger marketing campaign. I believe our ROI will be very positive and BizConnect will have played a key role in our success.
They have always been incredibly responsive to my questions. They have a great chat feature within their application for asking questions. Their replies show up directly within the app. Super easy functionality to use. On my own accord, I even reached out to the CEO of the company and have had a great dialogue with him on LinkedIn.

1. If you have a lot of business cards from over the years and simply want to digitize everything, this would be perfect.
2. If your company attends tradeshows and events and you need to digitize the cards you collect, BizConnect would be great for this.
3. If you meet a lot of people and collect their business cards, you could simply use this app to take a picture of their card and then hand it back to them. People would be impressed with your digital skills! :)
