Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
We are an event management company and use the platform to host virtual and hybrid events. The platform allows us to stream live or pre-recorded sessions to attendees. You can also purchase their on-site solution to check attendees in and print badges.

- Dedicated customer service manager
- We have cookie issues where some of our clients have problems using the platform
- Many speakers don't receive the forgot password email to reset their email and there is no other way for them to do it
- Occasionally run into latency issues
- As a previous in-person-only event management company, Bizzabo was a vital part of our company being able to go virtual during COVID.
- We do many events in a year, so our Bizzabo investment is spread out between events. We do not have an overall metric to show ROI.
Bizzabo had the best model to meet our multi-event needs and we found Bizzabo to have the easiest website customizations. However, all platforms have their pros and cons and there isn't one that hits everything. We found other platforms had better engagement and exhibit booth capabilities. However, we are very familiar with their product and have a lot of time invested in the platform.
