Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions

We use Blackbaud Education Management for scheduling, attendance, reports, report cards, transcripts.

Pros

  • Keeps track of attendance.
  • Scheduling.
  • Keeping web pages for teachers to post assignments.

Cons

  • I have not had any problems - it is a big improvement from other systems I have used.
  • I do not have an answer for this.
We went through a change to our schedules, report cards and transcripts during the worst time (during COVID quarantine), and we were able to Zoom in several times a week and make the necessary changes. So when we were able to return to school, our new changes were already in place and ready for the new school year.
It is very good for what we need in the education field at our school.
