Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
I enter new vendors and invoices for payments. I process payments thru Batch Report. I review account balances and invoices. I run Reports and Queries.

- It is very customizable to our needs
- It lets you run reports through Invoices
- works well for a team
- Runs great Queries in Database
- I'd like to be able to add (+) in the amount fields
- I think the Batch Payment File could be improved to upload without making adjustments
- Better Drill down and more info on Vendor records
- Financial Edge works well with integrated third party products
- It's great that we can use the software online from anywhere
- The Batch Upload file saves us a lot of time vs having to input checks manually
The ability to save documents in the invoice records helps us prepare better for audits and closing of the year.
Everything is available by a dropdown menu and easy to customize to your liking.
With Blackbaud, we have better control of user roles.
