Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement (formerly Exponea)

We implement the campaign system to our Telco/Bank/Other customers.

  • Campaign preparation
  • GUI

Cons

  • Data model - if it was [a] more complex model, it would be great
  • I have no idea yet
We have just replaces SAS by Boomreach Engagement. Bloomreach Engagement is more responsive, "smooth", but there are campaigns, which would be better to prepare in SAS
- Nice, intuitive GUI
- not freezing
- low response time
- they're doing their best to help user
it's possible to prepare simple campaign in a couple of days...Depends on complexity of expected result (only web integration, or integration with all the company systems, ...)

- When customer data structure is more complex, UX goes down....structures like One account is related to 1:n billing accounts, related to 1:n customers
